Meet Our Founders

Hasina has over 13 years of experience with typically developing children, as well as children with special needs. Hasina holds a BSc in Special Education, a MSc in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University and is a Goldman Sachs, 10K Small Businesses Graduate.

In addition to her experience as an educator and speech language pathologist, Hasina has worked with a countless number of children and their families to make a real impact in their lives.

 A  Miami,  FL  native  and  proud  product  of  the  Miami-Dade  County  Public School   system,   Dr.   Tameka   L.   Payton   is   co-founder   of   EXEMPLAR Community  Services,  Inc.,  and  most  notably,  founder  of Psychometric Solutions,  LLC–a  psychometric  and  educational  consulting  firm,  which contractual services to private and public entities, including K-12 and post-secondary institutions, local and state governmental agencies. 

Dr. Payton holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Psychology, a graduate certificate in Therapeutic Issues in Child and Adolescent Studies, a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development (Educational Leadership track).  In 2016, Dr. Payton earned her doctorate in Psychometric from Morgan State University.That is also the year she opened Psychometric Solutions, which has contracts with the Maryland Department of Education, Maryland Department of Human Services, and the Virginia Department of Corrections. 

Dr. Payton’s career experiences include teaching special education, local and state government, and private sector.Throughout her life, Tameka has learned to embrace her humble beginning, all while remaining determined to fulfill the greatness for which she is destined.  She deems her life work as being able to inspire others to reach their highest levels of success to help them live their best life!
