Meet Our Founders

Hasina Echoles, M.S., CCC-SLP  is the CEO and Founder of Global Speech and Rehab Services, a pediatric therapy practice located in Miami, Fl.  Hasina has over 16 years of experience with typically developing children, as well as children with special needs. Hasina holds a Bachelors of Science in Special Education, a Masters of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Hasina is also Goldman Sachs, 10K Small Businesses Graduate, 2022 Enterprising Magazine, Women of the Year, and Tory Burch Fellow. Hasina is also the 2024-2025 president of the Florida Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.  

Hasina co-founded EXEMPLAR out of a love for her community. The idea is to make a difference in the lives of youth. She is a walking testament to what mentors and community support mean to the community. From humble beginnings to CEO of a 7 figure business. Tameka L. Payton, PhD founder and CEO of Psychometric Solutions, LLC, is a visionary leader in advancing social and educational equity. Her firm specializes in culturally sensitive assessments, program evaluation, and data analytics to support diverse communities. Under her leadership, Psychometric Solutions has secured multi-milliondollar contracts with state agencies and helped nonprofits and small businesses use data to drive meaningful change. 

Dr. Payton’s professional journey includes roles in special education, government program management, and mental counseling. Dr. Payton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management, a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development, with a graduate certificate in Educational Leadership and a Ph.D. in Psychometrics from Morgan State University. As a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna, she continues to inspire others to achieve success. 

Beyond Psychometric Solutions, Dr. Payton co-founded EXEMPLAR Community Services, Inc., a grassroots agency empowering individual to reach their potential through education, wellness, and planning. Her leadership and impact have earned her recognition as one of Enterprising Women Magazine’s 2023 Champions and CEO Today Magazine’s 2023 Outstanding Leadership in Data Analytics – USA Award Winner.
